When he was the mere age of 2, Ryan Goff uttered his first words - “consumer generated content.” Okay, that’s a lie. It was “pickle”. But, ever since he laid his hands on an internet-ready computer, he hasn’t been able to break free. Over the past years, Ryan has immersed himself in the changing face of consumer communication, and has become an expert in developing both on and offline word of mouth campaigns. His appreciation for the credibility of peer-to-peer communication, combined with learning about emerging technologies and trends, has made Ryan a vital asset to clients that include Texas Instruments, Papa Johns, Medifast, the Ocean City Department of Tourism, and the Baltimore Area Convention and Visitors Association.
Kimberly Ritchie (”Kimberwom”)
Kim’s favorite punctuation mark is the exclamation point. She uses it as an outlet because she can’t contain her excitement about all things WOM! Or….she might just enjoy stretching her pinky when typing, we don’t really know for sure. Whatever the real reason, as one of the newer additions to the bloggin’ team, this WOM’er does have a lot to be excited about. She’s become a master at the art of community management, and her writing skills are unparalleled. She’s so good, in fact, that we’ve included “WOM” in her nickname.
As a recent Towson University graduate, Rusty is obsessed with the internet. It may even be in that creepy kind of way - we’ll get back to you on that. Ever since the days of Prodigy, he knew there was something special about it. He also likes fish and scuba diving. In fact, he wore a tie with whales on it to his interview (this is why he got hired). Rusty loves music and has worked with many bands and artists in getting them online and on-the-street buzz. Rusty has quickly proven himself as an extremely strong leader and his intuitive understanding of the web makes him another incredibly valuable member of our dynamic WOM team.
